Quality Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 95k/year - Albany, NYOur client is a leading manufacturer in their industry. They are a family owned and well-established company. Currently, they are seeking a Quality Manager. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving all aspects of the quality department.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with other departments for all things quality related.
Manager the ISO 9001 program and ensure compliance with this standard.
Manage inspection, measuring and test equipment
Create internal inspection
Lead continuous improvement efforts and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborates with clients, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered
Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends, or executes corrective
Monitor key metrics and KPI tracking.
Identify ways to improve quality and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
5+ years quality experience in manufacturing.
Internal auditing experience.
Regulatory and compliance experience/knowledge.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 80k – 95k/year range
