    Description

    Job Title :
    Clinical Director (BCBA)


    Location :
    Douglasville, GA


    Job Responsibilities :

    • Maintain a small client caseload (typically 3 clients or fewer, depending on size of clinic/team, BCBA
    caseload capacity, etc.), providing exemplary case management as evidenced by clinical and

    operational checklist scores and client outcomes.


    • Maintain high levels of staff morale and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain active certification (BCBA) and follow all BACB guidelines for responsible conduct while staying up-to-date on current BACB supervision guidelines.
    • Support RBTs, RBTs, BTs

    Reports to:

    • Regional Director

    Qualifications :
    Education and Training


    • Master's degree in ABA or other BACB-approved program sequence
    • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification

    Related Experience :

    • Multiple years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Two or more years of experience conducting relevant case supervisor tasks, including assessment of
    skills (using 2+ standard assessments), development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs, program

    development, data analysis, supervision of direct therapy team members, collaboration with caregivers and other professionals, etc.
