- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of programs, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
- Recommend and support programmatic policies and procedures.
- Cultivate effective relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, and teams.
- Research and secure funding and resources for programs; Monitor timelines and budgets, report status, and address issues promptly.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning for programs.

Job Summary
The Program Manager collaborates with various levels of leadership and staff to oversee program initiatives following industry best practices. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for communicating program objectives, milestones, and timelines, emphasizing strong communication skills. The Program Manager is responsible for generating documentation at different stages of the program and often leads this process with input from team members.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma.
Other Required Qualifications
Valid Georgia Driver's License. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and work in various conditions. Position may involve evening duties and periodic drug/alcohol screenings.
Required Experience
Up to two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Technical Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent college coursework.
Preferred Experience
Eight years of relevant experience.
