    Overview


    IUH Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is looking for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team This individual should have a strong desire to expand pelvic floor knowledge and caseload.

    As a Pelvic Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized care and treatment to individuals with a variety of pelvic health disorders.

    You will assess, evaluate, and develop customized treatment plans to manage and improve pelvic issues, promote overall well-being, and enhance patients' quality of life.

    Utilizing your expertise in pelvic health techniques, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, you will play a crucial role in helping patients manage their condition effectively.

    Requirements


    • Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
    • If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
    • Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
    • Applicants are required to have completed a minimum of Level 1 pelvic floor CE course. Prefer 1 year of clinical experience. Women's Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) certification or Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) preferred but not required.
    • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
    • Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
