Job Description
The Client Account Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship development. This role combines strategic communication, client support, and account coordination to maintain satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client relationships while aligning services with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate programs or solutions
Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met
Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation
Identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention
Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support the onboarding process for new clients
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software

Additional Information
