    Job Title: Facility Operator


    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of high-quality asphalt binder in our Roswell, New Mexico facility.


    This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You must have good organizational, time management, problem-solving, and housekeeping skills to succeed in this role.



    About the Job



    • The ideal candidate would possess proficiency in Excel (preferred) and have excellent communication skills.

    • You should also be able to work without supervision and learn new computer skills quickly.

      • The ability to lift 50 pounds with assistance is required along with performing jobs that involve lifting, bending, climbing tanks and other structures.
      The job involves outdoor work in all seasons,
      making it essential for you to be adaptable to changing weather conditions.
      hours will vary Monday through Sunday based on operational needs;
      some flexibility may require extra hours such as overtime during peak periods by choice rather than necessity so plan accordingly!
