Training will be at our Beaumont location in Lexington, Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm
Description:
Seeking a Hospital Services Representative who is customer service oriented, and a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services
Ensuring order timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Packing blood products for shipment and delivery and processing returns.
Inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality
Work Environment:
This position regularly involves the following:
Standing for long periods of time.
Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Interacting with hospitals and transfusion services.
Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.
Entering and accessing electronic information.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent.
MS Office and Adobe proficiency with the ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems.
Good communication skills.
Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
