- Schedule: Full Time Nights 36 hours 3x12s 7:00 p.m. - Rotating weekends, with 7 day per week availability, weekend and holiday shifts required.

- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
