- Contribute to new product development opportunities by aiding in the design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
- Assist in parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
- Oversee layout processes, including floor planning, placement, and routing
- Conduct verification processes using industry-standard simulators
- Foster cross-group communication for standardization and group success
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure product manufacturability
- Seek guidance to enhance design quality
- Drive innovation in Memory generations within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics
- Experience with power network analysis
- Familiarity with Verilog modeling and simulation tools
- Knowledge of state machine logic/design verification techniques
- Extensive experience in memory design
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
- Familiarity with schematic entry and simulation tools like Finesim or Hspice
- Record of innovation and problem-solving in high-performance memory development
- Self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills
