    Requirements

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for electrical power, instrumentation, and controls design supporting civil engineering projects
    • Typical tasks include development of electrical plans, specifications, calculations, reports, opinions of construction cost, and engineering design fees
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining task(s) schedule to meet project schedules and budgets
    • Coordinates with project managers, design engineers, and CAD technicians to complete projects in a timely manner
    • Perform self-review for Quality Assurance and Quality Control and ensure compliance with KSA quality standards
    • Provide construction observation and submittal reviews for performance with project specifications
    • Utilize effective written and oral communication
    • Support to RFP and interview responses
    • May market to existing or potential clients and obtain work
    • May serve as a project manager and provide overall project oversight on smaller projects
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
    • P.E. license
    • 4+ years' experience
    • National Electrical Code (NEC) knowledge
    • Project management experience preferred
    • Familiarity with water/wastewater and aviation projects preferred
