    We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to join our ' Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test' ( SEIT ) team in Goleta, CA .

    In this role you will work on a variety of program tasks ranging from System Architecture trade studies, Requirements and Verification Management, Test Plan creation, Solar Array Power Management and Analysis, and Specialty Engineering, Materials and Process, Reliability, Radiation, etc.

    You will have the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes including such high-profile programs as International Space Station and Gateway Lunar Space Station Solar Arrays.

    Act as a Lead SEIT Engineer on a project team for satellite subsystems and components
    Communicate requirements to the project team functional roles
    Develop verification plans and coordinate activities with different engineering functions
    Evaluate test data and generate reports to verify compliance to functional and performance specifications
    Bachelor of Degree in Systems Engineering or other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with minimum of 10 or more years' of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 8 or more years of experience
    Experience working on aircraft or spacecraft systems
    US citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance

    Self-motivated in applying engineering principles, concepts, and practices of mechanical/ aerospace engineering to independently perform assignments
