    • The ideal individual will be involved with the implementation and evolution of the data governance framework, including the management of Logical Authority Categories and Smart Data attributes. Responsible for the creation and lifecycle maintenance of various data types, assisting in distributing data tagging guidance, and advising on high level Data Governance issues. This role requires a mid-to-high level understanding of the SIGINT cycle and Agency compliance policies and standards, as well as a firm understanding of the multitude of sensitive authorities available to the enterprise.
    Requirements
    • A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required to be considered.
    • Responsible for retiring legacy data tags and implementing new data tags, primarily Logical Authority Category (LAC) and Communities of interest (COI),
    • Identifying systems involved in data flows and ensuring the systems and support personnel are credentialed and necessary system updates are completed
    • Provide compliance guidance to customers and the Data Orchestration Service (DOS) team on what LACs and AuthIDs they will need to include in their Dataflow Management Requests (DMRs) in order for it to be utilized in the Data Life Management Services (DLMS) system
    • Provide system engineering experience to mission and technology personnel by maintaining and updating rules within corporate registries and access control systems.
    • Resposnbiitlies include working in LAC registry, working on DMRs, and attended meetings relevant meetings.
    • JIRA and Confluence experience.
    • Strong communication skills, is self-motivated and driven to accomplish relevant tasks and is detail oriented.
    • Coordination with stakeholders is a key component of this position, and the ability to develop the skills necessary toprovide operationally timely subject matter expertise to mission and technology personnel is a critical skill.
