About the Role: Join the dynamic team at Mr. Handyman Serving Brandon to Bradenton Beach as an Estimator for Remodeling In this exciting role, you will play a key part in transforming homes while collaborating with a skilled team dedicated to excellence in service and craftsmanship. The position pays $800.00 per week plus % of each job sold and bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project requirements and prepare detailed cost estimates for remodeling projects.
• Conduct on-site assessments to gather necessary data for accurate estimations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to provide precise material and labor costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Review and adjust estimates based on client feedback and project changes.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all estimates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the remodeling or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building materials, costs, and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality estimates.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, We provide reliable transportation for site visits.
• Must have experience with Xactimate and if possible Service Titian 
• We do background check and drug screen
