    About the Role

    As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead Leviant's growth by driving sales in healthcare systems and exploring opportunities in new industries across your territory.  This is a high-energy, field-based sales role requiring 3-4 days of on-site client interaction per week, most weeks.  You will combine technical knowledge with strategic thinking to close deals, build strong relationships, and ensure ongoing product adoption.

    Where We Are Hiring

    Leviant is headquartered in Hawthorne, NY (Westchester County) and is expanding its sales organization nationwide. We are currently seeking Area Sales Managers based in the following markets and surrounding regions: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Chicago, IL.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Sales Execution: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using cold calling, site visits, and targeted email campaigns.
    • Territory Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize your territory's potential.
    • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales.
    • Market Insights: Provide frontline feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform company strategy.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support product trials, deliver training, and align on business objectives.
    • Travel: Conduct regular overnight travel to engage with clients and pursue sales opportunities.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field (required).

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of outside sales experience (required).
    • Proven ability to close large sales contracts (required).
    • Experience with capital purchases in large organizations or selling to healthcare leadership (preferred).
    • Experience on a sales team helping to achieve ambitious targets in a startup or growth-stage company (required) 
    • Business to business device sales experience (preferred)

    • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic and innovative problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce (required) and Google Workspace tools.
    • Fundamental project management skills.
