Description

The Cardiac Sonographer performs a variety of non-invasive ultrasound examinations for us in diagnosis of cardiac, vascular, and abdominal disorders.

Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
Graduate of an accredited/approved program in noninvasive cardiovascular echocardiography.
National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire or,
National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably cardiology.

Preferred Qualifications:
Vascular ultrasound registry upon hire.
Vascular ultrasound experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
