    About this job

    As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse, or PICU RN, you will provide high-level medical care to critically ill or surgical pediatric patients. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and a caring bedside manner for continuous monitoring of breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    You will work in various locations providing patient care and support. Travel nurses are experienced caregivers who adapt quickly to change and enjoy learning new things. Take your skills on the road and explore new places while earning a great living.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • 1-2 years recent experience in the primary area of care
    • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
    • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
