Westwood Manor Nursing Home is seeking an Admission Nurse. This is a full time, Monday through Friday position.

The admission nurse is responsible for gathering pre-admission data to determine the resident level of care and the ability of the facility to properly care for the resident.

The admissionnurse will complete all pre-admission and admission forms accurately as well as any discharge forms. The admission nurse will work directly with the account manager to ensure all financial information is accurately explained.
