    What You'll DoTo plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines.

    To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
    To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of Advantage.
    To manage the performance of therapy department personnel.

    About YouYou are a graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.

    You bring aminimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required.
    You bring a minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
