Hiringboard-certified Nurse Practitioner conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, andcertain commercial plan members.
Flexible schedule- Day shift, Monday to Friday and weekendsavailable
Thesevisits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physicalevaluation performed in a health plan member's home. No prescribing or treating
State Traveler positions available - lodging , rental car ,flights provided as needed
Base Pay: $ $160.00 per completed visit + $40 per day daily stipend
