    Key Responsibilities:
    Drive CRM and owned channel strategy to drive customer engagement, retention and customer lifetime value

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative and effective campaign strategies

    Plan and execute content calendars for owned channels ensuring consistent messaging and maximum use of existing channel tactics

    Utilize data and analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize program tactics


    Be a critical thinker, always abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM to continuously drive stronger business outcomes.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to grow credibility and trust


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

    6+ years in Proven experience CRM, Segmentation, Digital Strategy or related roles

    Critical thinker with the ability to derive insights from data/results and translate those insights into actionable strategies

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas in a simple and succinct way

    Reliable and energetic team member who has the ability to connect with a diverse team on a personal level

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    On-site in Chicago (mix of client and agency office), min of 3 days per week
