The Laboratory team at CCHS is a cohesive, friendly, culturally diverse team of techs and phlebotomists. We have a good mix of MLT's and MLS's, with experience ranging from 1 year to 35 years. Our modern laboratory has an open floor plan and windows to a beautiful courtyard and view of the hills. We have state-of-the-art instrumentation for hematology, chemistry, immunochemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and PCR for bacterial and viral identification. This department has no standby time; we are staffed 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus offered for this role
• $ $52.00 per hour
• Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

Columbia County Health System is looking for a qualified MT, MLT, or MLS candidate to bring their experience and be ready to grow with our organization Washington state also requires a Medical Assistant Phlebotomist (MA-P) license in addition to your MT, MLT, or MLS certification.

In this role, you will perform analysis in hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis. You will work in chemistry areas including; blood gases, basic chemistries, immunoassay, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
