- Direct and coordinate all accounting functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare budgets and financial plans
- Implement and maintain financial performance metrics
- Maintain close customer interactions for efficient alignment with A/P and IT processes
- Develop and uphold internal controls, including compliance requirements and internal audits
- Prepare management reports, including financial forecasts
- Produce cash flow projections
- Oversee capital assets and process capital requests
- Hire, train, and supervise accounting personnel
- Maintain corporate policies and procedures
- Streamline accounting functions as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree, or MBA. CPA certification is a plus
- Three to five years of financial management experience in a similar business, with a preference for manufacturing experience
- Solid financial and accounting background covering profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, internal controls, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking, budgets, and cost controls
