Supervisor of Centralized Collections
is responsible for the day to day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
Resolve employee issues where necessary
Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
3+ years previous Collections experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must pass pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in consumer finance industry.
