    The Plaster School of Business at Missouri Southern State University invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Marketing, to begin August 1, 2024.


    Candidates will possess an earned doctorate by no later than August 1, 2024 (ABD candidates may be considered for a visiting position).

    Instructional delivery may occur through traditional, on-line, and alternative instructional methods. Demonstrated ability to work with and/or knowledge of diverse populations is preferred. The successful candidate will engage in an active program of scholarship that results in quality, peer reviewed journal articles. Related business experience is also desirable.


    The Plaster School of Business (PSB) is accredited by ACBSP and is actively pursuing AACSB accreditation with 17 full-time tenured/tenure track faculty.

    Undergraduate programs include Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, HR Management, Marketing, and International Business.

    The PSB currently offers one graduate program:
    Master of Science in Management.
