We are partnering with a growing construction organization to hire a Contract Administrator / Legal Coordinator who supports construction operations development initiatives corporate transactions manages contracts legal documentation transaction workflows across active projects related entities serves as internal point person contract administration document control compliance tracking deal coordination This hands-on detail-oriented role has visibility across full project lifecycle execution closeout.
Responsibilities
- Review draft revise manage construction-related contracts including client subcontractor vendor consultant agreements
- Assist letters intent purchase agreements amendments extensions related transactional documents
- Track key contract dates obligations deliverables ensure compliance timely execution
