    Physical Therapy

    Reports to:
    Physical Therapy Director, Physical Therapy Manager

    Schedule/Type:
    FT/PT - Salary
    Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine optimal physical therapy treatment plans.

    • Administer diverse physical therapy treatments in accordance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective discharge planning and follow-up programs.
    • Document patient care services meticulously in patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
    • Ensure the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
    Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy

    • Successful completion of clinical internship.
    • One (1) year of practical physical therapy experience with a preference in orthopedics and sports medicine; OR any combination of training and experience.
    This position works in the patient physical therapy gym in a medical practice.
