Deep-rooted in Southern culture, Palmetto Moon prioritizes exceptional customer service, offering a vast collection of affordable gifts, collegiate merchandise, and renowned lifestyle brands such as Vineyard Vines, YETI, Chubbies, and more.

    The Palmetto Moon Sales Associate is tasked with the following:

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrates excellent customer service and sales skills
    • Familiar with all brands and imparts knowledge to customers
    • Collaborates with the team to achieve individual and store goals
    • Restocks sales floor as required to enhance customer experience
    • Maintains a visible presence on the sales floor
    • Executes Point of Sale procedures efficiently
    • Manages multiple customers effectively
    • Communicates well with colleagues and management
    • Packs customer purchases thoughtfully
    • Minimizes shortage through floor presence

    Qualifications

    • Minimum age of 16 years
    • Enjoys engaging with customers
    • Reliable and adaptable with shifts
    • Open to learning and following directions
    • Attentive to detail
    • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
