    The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking the addition of a member of the Residential Services Administrative team In this role you will be responsible for assuring the corporate compliance and quality assurance processes within the division.

    The position requires the ability to work independently with accuracy and the ability to travel from site-to-site within Oneida and Lewis Counties
    Oneida County

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and coordinate compliance systems to ensure uninterrupted services and funding to the Medicaid funded program.
    Meet all recordkeeping and documentation requirements.
    Establish and provide clear documentation and compliance records required by The Arc Oneida-Lewis and other government agencies.
    Schedule and coordinate internal reviews, summarize the findings, and assist the House Manager/Program Manager in correcting identified problems.

    Maintain Residential Services quality assurance by overseeing completion of Corporate Compliance reports and Bureau of Certification reports, to include follow up and resolution of pertinent issues.

    Participate in OFPC visits and follow up on any recommendations noted.
    Monitor plans of correction to ensure proper implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
    Track and report billable services as well as review and process monthly billing. Ensures that all billing and claim documentation is accurate.

    Provide hands on training to House Managers and Assistant Directors in Residential Habilitation and Plans of Protective Oversight development and implementation.

    Liaison for Plan Writers

    In conjunction with the House Manager and Program Manager, provide ongoing hands on training to staff involved in service delivery and documentation of services delivered.

    Participate and be present at BPC recertification visits, exit conferences, and remediate issues from corporate compliance reviews.

    Representative for the Agency Standing Review committee which includes assuring recommendations from PIR's and 149's are completed in the required timeframe.

    Maintain tracking as requested by the Corporate Compliance Department (i.e. Fire drills, goals, Com Hab R, Asset Sheets, etc).
    Participate in the on-call system on a rotational schedule, acting as an administrator in that role, during non-business hours. Responsible for providing support and guidance to the supervisors' on-call.


    Qualifications:
    Any combination equivalent to education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.

    Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
    A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    High School Diploma/GED and Three to Five years' experience working with the developmentally disabled.
    Valid New York State Driver's License
    Ability to travel from site-to-site within Oneida and Lewis Counties
