Pay Rate: $16.90/Hour, Plus Tips opportunity
Purpose:
The Valet is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, promptly retrieving their vehicles, maintaining organized records of parked vehicles, and ensuring safe and efficient parking.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles
- Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion
- Greet customers in a courteous manner; provide Premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help
- Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services
- If applicable at the location, accept cash payments for valet services
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Observe safety precautions at all times
- Accurately use claim check process to return the correct vehicle to each guest
- Follow all procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all employees and guests
- Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have valid CA Driver's License
- Clean "MVR" Motor Vehicle Report
- Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

- Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon guest volume
- Fast paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays
