    Description

    Industrial Maintenance Technician - Second Shift

    The Industrial Maintenance Technician role involves carrying out essential tasks related to machine maintenance and system troubleshooting.

    • Program, install, repair, and maintain equipment in a manufacturing environment.
    • Install fixtures, motors, and other electrical equipment as needed.
    • Troubleshoot machine controls, motors, equipment, and associated wiring.
    • Repair lighting and power circuitry and associated equipment.
    • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
    • Manage inventory and order electrical supplies for workshop stock.
    • Adhere to tag out and lockout procedures.
    • Keep detailed records of work performed.
    • Carry out planned maintenance inspections when necessary.
    • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal reliability.
    • Handle mechanical equipment failures and plant equipment repairs as required.
    • Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and procedures followed.
    • Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
    • Proficient in wiring 480VAC cabinets, mechanical, electrical, electronics, and low voltage systems.
    • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
    • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of hands-on industrial maintenance manufacturing experience.
    • Associates degree, Certified Technical Trade School, and/or relevant work experience.
    • Must be a US citizen, green card holder, or permanent resident.
    • Position is for the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

    Salary: $32.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and medical benefits.
