- Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver counseling and emotional assistance to clients facing crises or distress.

- Stand up for clients' rights and requirements in the community and when dealing with other service providers.
- Keep precise and prompt records of client interactions and advancements in adherence to organizational guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and service providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to boost skills and knowledge.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in NY, or eligibility to obtain the license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to establish connections with clients from various backgrounds.
- A compassionate and understanding approach to client welfare.
