Responsibilities - Service Technician:
Communicate concerns to the Service Advisor.
Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle problems.
Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns.
Ride along with customers if the problem persists
Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
Maintain a professional workstation including the toolbox, vehicle lift, and general work area
Diligent about driver safety and obedience to all federal, state, and local laws
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Work closely with the parts and service departments
Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer


Requirements - Service Technician:
Genuine desire to serve
RECENT Experience required

Level 2 and Level 3 FCA Technicians preferred
ASE certification Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
Resume must be uploaded, online assessment completed, and you must have RECENT Automotive Service Technician Experience for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
