Immediate need for a talented Data Center Technician. This is a 03+ Months contract to hire contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22-$24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, termination, testing, and labeling of Cross Connects, including CAT5, COAX, and Fiber.
• Perform Installation of Cage, Cabinets, Ladder Rack, and Fiber Tray.
• Remote Hands services for Customers including Hardware Installation, Power Strips, Rails, Cable Management, and Customer Equipment troubleshooting/reboots.
• Data Center infrastructure equipment alarm acknowledgment and response.
• Basic Understanding of Power, UPS, Generator, HVAC, Fire Detection/ Suppression, Local Security, and Monitoring systems.
• Basic understanding of Data Center electrical power generation and distribution, mechanical support equipment.
