Hoisting Superintendent 1 - El Paso - JE Dunn

The Hoisting Superintendent 1 will provide day to day supervision of all hoisting activities for a project including but not limited to asset scheduling properly assigning operators training Assembly and Disassembly crew coordination and lift planning/scheduling This position will ensure all hoisting assets are maintained in good working condition and in compliance with all inspection requirements In addition to specific jobsite activities this role may support hoisting activities for projects in an assigned area All activities will be performed in support of the strategy vision and values of JE Dunn

• Career Path: Hoisting Superintendent 2 Lift Director Coordinates preplanning activities for Assembly and Disassembly components such as crew size schedule materials types sequencing trucks trailers meetings meetings crew composition verifies crew is properly trained on specific Assembly Disassembly operation Works with PreCon teams to establish budgets resources required for projects pursuits Collaboratively works throughout organization Role is equal parts Project Team BlueHat Self Perform HES Ensures jobsite coverage coordinating PTO for all Hoisting Superintendents foremen Leads trains organizes dedicated Assembly Disassembly crew manages their day-to-day activities Conducts routine quality control checks mechanics drivers Assembly Disassembly crews verify work equipment maintenance conducted manufacturer specifications Conducs daily Job Safety Analysis safety briefings mechanic driver staff Assembly Dissembly crews prior work starting Provides direction crane set up locations ground stabilization needs based hoising requirements Works Operations Teams develop comprehensive hopiting plan entire project include crane type size configuration supporting prooject requierements Manages oversees company staff subcontractors suppliers programs such as Safety Quality EEOC hopsiting activites assigned projets Creates job specifc lift plans parameters identified person site visits relevant materials includind blueprints drawings indicating height weight hositng requierement Coordiantes cran movements prioritzing multiple cranes scheduled simultaniously deconflicting competing requiremnents Directs reviews oversers complex rigging plans requriments include critical lift plannin documentation Performs completes Operator Evaluations OSHA OSHASANSerif"Collaborates owner representatives progress meeting as needed N/A Ability perform work accurately completely timely manner Communication skills verbal written - Intermediate Proficiency MS Office Thorough knowledge usage 3D Lif Plan Advanced Ability assess optimize assembly disasembly productivity Proficieny creation oversight critical lif pans Adnacebility Provide excellent customer service through positive interaction customers Demonstrated experience managing crane maintance repair operations Abilitiy build relationships collaborate within team both internall external High School/GED or equivlent Required Rlevant experiene considered
