- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event logistics.
- Set up and dismantle event equipment and signage.
- Assist with on-site event coordination, including registration, attendee management, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a point of contact for event vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
- Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media management and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as required.
