- Consult with the business to facilitate and lead them in understanding, defining, and documenting requirements that will meet desired outcomes and results.
- Collaborate with the development team to turn functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Perform analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Document current and future state processes, including flowcharts, diagrams, and comprehensive process documentation. Create and maintain detailed process maps to facilitate a clear understanding of workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team. Facilitate communication to ensure project status, requirements, and changes are effectively conveyed.
- Experience working on technology and application development projects including developing technical requirements.
