Job summary
We are seeking an Experiential Representative to join our golf sales team. As an enthusiastic golfer located in Philadelphia & South New Jersey you will be working full-time from Mid-February 2026 through July 2026.This role involves executing grassroots initiatives for Wilson Golf such as consumer events fittings marketing and cultivating new existing customer relationships,
Work with Wilson Territory Managers to achieve company sales objectives through consumer events fittings marketing and cultivating new existing customer relationships Work full five days a week Tuesday-Saturday during agreed start finish dates of employment Plan conduct report on fitting trial events in Wilson's selected golf epicenters Visit key accounts after event days provide customer service related merchandising product fitting training building relationships Develop partnerships with key green grass accounts engaging training store staff Provide accurate reporting metrics including sell-through sales on an event-by-event basis Build consumer relations fitting appointments onsite email collection Responsible refreshing POP marketing needs Act main contact providing images consumer insights social media Partner closely in-store sales team drive consumer sales deliver exceptional customer experience Support execute instore events increase product awareness engagement sell-through Assist day-to-day activites including product demonstrations customer interactions merchandising support general floor operations ensure sales goals met
