- Evaluates patient's functional abilities and limitations and establish plan of care/treatment goals
- Implements individualized treatment plan and provides skilled treatment in a safe manner
- Documents according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies
- Communicates patient information and progress to physicians, nurses, patient, family/caregiver, etc.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Other job duties as assigned
- AK Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Recent significant specialty care experience in inpatient NICU and pediatric care (certification preferred)
