    Builtech is currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team.

    Our Senior Estimator?s primary duty is to grow the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects and clientele through comprehensive cost estimating and project award.

    This candidate will report directly to the Director of Preconstruction.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process RFP, RFQ, and internal pricing requests and facilitate broadcast announcements of bidding opportunity.
    • Analyze drawings and specifications.
    • Understand contractual terms and conditions.
    • Competently draft, proof, audit, and deliver proposals.
    • Work with Project and Marketing staff coordinating contributions from all into proposals.
    • Solicit and engage subcontractors to provide proposals.
    • Qualify subcontractor proposals for completeness and compliance with project documents.
    • Ensure Builtech?s compliance with bidding regulations and goals for each project.
    • Develop, prepare, coordinate, and execute presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.
    • Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
    • Work on multiple company bids simultaneously and deliver in accordance with deadline objectives.
    • Identify and execute strategic opportunities within a proposal to optimize Builtech?s position in securing work.
