Description
Work with highly complex cases in which individuals are severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses to include factors such as history of trauma, co-occurring conditions, and suicide.
Provide individual and group clinical counseling services using various evidenced based modalities as clinically indicated for adults.Utilize social work systems and psychological theories, principals, and techniques in treatment plan development.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
Serve as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team serving the needs of our patients. As such collaborates to develop treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions.
