    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team and lead the financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including FP&A, accounting, capital markets, strategic finance, and risk management. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth trajectory, ensuring financial discipline, and will involve deepening enterprise partnerships, launching new productized services, and expanding globally. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, lead the financial planning process, and develop strategic insights to guide business decisions.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership capacity, and a proven track record in a high-growth, technology-enabled services or marketplace business. They should possess a deep understanding of services business models, unit economics, and working capital dynamics, and have experience in managing debt facilities, investor relations, and board communications. The CFO will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency. A hands-on leadership style, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to move fluidly between details and long-term vision are essential for this role. xhmxlyz An MBA is preferred but not required.
