At SYSTEMS ENGINEERING GROUP, Inc. (SEG), we are looking for a skilled engineer or scientist to work on exciting design and analysis studies related to threat ballistic and cruise missiles.

What you will do...:

Responsibilities:
Assist in characterization, documentation, and implementation of missile system design for defense initiatives and customers, including intelligence gathering, initial system characterization, and modeling effort planning.
Support the technical team in developing missile models, coordinating design decisions, and ensuring a coherent model is created.
Perform analysis efforts supporting multiple customers, comparing intelligence information, developing briefings, and generating specification documentation.

Skills you will need...:

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
2-5 years of experience.
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MATLAB or Python.
Experience in conducting independent research, computer programming, and data management.
US citizenship and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

Masters degree in STEM.
Proficiency in Linux programming and scripting.
Experience with configuration management tools and software ticketing systems.
Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team.
Current Secret or Top Secret clearance.
