    $20 – $23 per hour

    We are a dynamic and growing company in Milwaukee, seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

    This role is critical for the efficient handling of our logistics operations, ensuring that all products are accurately accounted for and shipped in a timely manner.


    Job Description:
    As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of order fulfillment. This includes downloading and reviewing orders, adjusting inventory, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with transportation partners. Your role is key to our company's ability to meet customer demands efficiently and effectively.


    Essential Duties:
    Download and process orders from our business operating system, assigning inventory to each order based on specific customer demands.

    Manage and adjust finished goods inventory within the business operating system.

    Create and manage transportation documents including bills of lading, airway bills, commercial invoices, NAFTA, and other export declarations.

    Prepare necessary documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, Technical Bulletins, and Certifications of Product as required by customers.

    Communicate with various departments to provide updates on product completion, location, and quantities on hand.

    Calculate and estimate freight charges for sales and customer service teams upon request.

    Assist in miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.


    Qualification Requirements:

    Education:
    High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.


    Experience: 1-3 years in a shipping or logistics environment, with a preference for those familiar with tariff rules, Safety Data Sheets, and import/export of hazardous materials.


    Certifications:
    Forklift Certification and Hazmat Certification are strongly preferred (training available).

    Skills:
    Proficient in computer use and office machinery. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

    Abilities:
    Excellent math skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment are crucial.
