- Assist in planning, directing and control of food service operation resulting in a positive dining and market experience for all associates and contractors.
- Assist in ensuring that BMW Food Service procedures are adhered to.
- Support Food Service specialist thru auditing and enforcing that food service contract is followed by vendor.
- Shadow Food Service specialist in audits and meetings with vendor.
- Work with vendor to review work orders that need to be entered in Corrigo and with equipment repair company.
- Identify and prioritize items needed to run food service operation efficiently.
- Target Management.
- Refrigeration Data Base Log.
- Create KPI audit form and grading system based on contract.
- Majoring in Food Service Management, Food Safety, or Hospitality Management.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Microsoft OIffice skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
