    Essential Job Functions:

    • Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service consistently, aligned with our mission to "Run the Best Store in Town"
    • Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere by embodying flexibility and teamwork.
    • Engage with customers by greeting them and providing prompt and efficient service.
    • Prepare all food following established guidelines to ensure high-quality food service.
    • Produce quality food and products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Expertly handle grill orders.
    • Utilize the fryer according to manual guidelines.
    • Slice meats and cheeses meticulously.
    • Ensure proper rotation of products in coolers and freezers to maintain quality.
    • Maintain accurate code dates on all food products.
    • Assist with putting up stock efficiently.
    • Adhere to the company's Food Safety program diligently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area through regular cleaning and dishwashing.
    • Support ordering products and supplies necessary for daily operations.
    • Ensure packaged products for self-service comply with local weights and measures regulations.
    • Be prepared to be cross-trained in various food service areas and responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Food service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands of the job.
    • Capable of understanding and following both verbal and written instructions, performing routine tasks, and interacting with customers and team members on a daily basis.
    • Willingness to work on-site during scheduled shifts, adhering to time and attendance policies.
