Requirements

- 3+ years of construction defect defense litigation experience and/or 5+ years of commercial litigation experience. This would include the preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a construction defect case/commercial litigation, handling hearings and taking and defending depositions.
-The ideal candidate will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision.
-Excellent academic credentials required.
