Infectious Disease Physician Job Opportunity in Fort Pierce, Florida Job# ***National Loan Repayment Site***Join a leading community health center in eastern Florida, delivering comprehensive primary care, infectious disease management, and HIV specialty services through a patient-centered medical home model. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute/chronic conditions including HIV, providing preventive screenings and health maintenance, leading team huddles, utilizing evidence-based care with timely documentation and referrals, and supporting community outreach for underserved populations. We offer a competitive compensation package.
- Trained in Family or Internal Medicine with Infectious Disease and HIV expertise.
- Experience delivering culturally competent care to diverse, underserved communities.
- Commitment to patient education, chronic disease management, and community health initiatives.
- Active Florida physician license and DEA registration.
