    Job Title: Fiberglass Laminator


    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a skilled and experienced fiberglass laminator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic lamination of fiberglass on molds to form boat decks, hulls, fiberglass bodies and parts for assembly.


    Responsibilities:



    • Lay up layers of mat and cloth in mold, trimming excess material from mold.

    • Mix catalyst into resin and work saturated mat into shape of mold.

    • Select precut fiberglass mat/cloth according to design specification.

    • Aid in removing hulls from mold as required.

    • Clean molds prior to start of work, ensuring all surfaces are free of debris or contaminants.
