Sponsorship is not provided, and this person will not need to require sponsorship in the future*What you'll be doing (duties of this position):Will be responsible for designing, developing and testing applications in support of the achievement of business requirementsAbility to work as part of a development teamresponsible for software development and support for systems used in the Risk line of businessWhat you'll need to be considered (requirements):Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsAbility to work independently and multi-task effectivelyDemonstrated Understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and businessFlexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessaryStrong attention to detailSignificant experience as a successful Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar roleStrong working knowledge of Agile development methodologiesExtensive experience with Software Design and development in a test-driven environmentAbility and willingness to learn new languages and technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude coupled with focus and follow-throughWhat could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):Experience with Java, Git, React, Docker, Python, REST, Eclipse, IntelliJ, or similar stackITAC Solutions
