General Summary:

As a System Analyst, Senior in the IT organization, you will be responsible for participating in the design, development, and implementation of external-facing Digital Experience solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working as a team leader to evaluate, build, and support cloud solutions, architectures, and processes across the Digital Marketing landscape.

In this role you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors of MarTech solutions and tools.

**Position requires to be onsite in San Diego full time

Serves in a functional analyst role across the organization for externalfacing Digital Experience solutions.
Subject matter expertise and translates business requirements into technical solutions.
Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate highlevel technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria.
Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies.
Experience with WCMS solutions and digital marketing practices and technologies.
Experience with digital marketing practices: personalization and content targeting, cross channel marketing, data driven optimization, web and social analytics, and marketing automation.
Experience with data integration, data transformation, data warehousing, and ETL concepts and technologies
Communicates with project lead and internal teams via email and direct conversation to overcome obstacles and resolve any problems.
Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for a single project.
Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large scale projects.
Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.
Leads collaboration with more junior and senior Systems Analysts and business partners to document and present recommendations for improvements to existing and new applications and systems.
Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments.
Prioritizes issues and consults with subject matter experts to resolve complex productionrelated bugs.
Prioritizes troubleshooting issues, and consults with subject matter experts to troubleshoot complex productionrelated bugs.
Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience leading informal teams.

Level of Responsibility:

Working independently with some supervision.
Taking responsibility for own work and making decisions that are moderate in impact; errors may have financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships; errors may require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.
Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question. Role may require basic negotiation and influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy, etc.
Having a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to provide input on key decisions).
Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.
Exercising substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.

Pay range:
$84, $126,000.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
